Our detox retreats are perfect if you want to escape the pressures and noise of everyday life, get some precious ‘me time’ to allow you to come back to yourself whilst investing in your health and well-being. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Little Massingham Manor set on 63 acres, climb into the hot tub and gaze up at the stars. Take a deep breath and begin to unwind.
Have a massage, find wonderful connections with other like-minded guests, make some new friends for life and spend time putting YOU first. Enjoy time out and leave feeling energised, grounded, lighter and happier at the end of the weekend.
The Weekend
Friday arrive, use of spa and woodland sauna, grounds. Evening Yoga. Yin/Nidra. Evening massages and colonics available.
On Saturday morning, rise to early morning Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga, followed by some Nordic Walking taking in the beautiful clean fresh Norfolk Air.
Come back to juice and enjoy a massage or colonic or maybe head for the hot tub and sauna.
Saturday evening enjoy a fabulous Sound experience with Crystal bowls, and tuning forks and just relax and surrender your body to the vibrational energy within the room.
Sunday sees more Yoga, more Nordic walking, and an optional Colour Analysis by a highly experienced Colour Me Beautiful consultant.
Grab some more time in the Sauna, enjoy another massage or just spend some time reading in the Snug.

All rooms are luxury accommodation, some have ensuite, some have a shared bathroom.

How to book
Choose the date and book the accommodation.
Pay a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remainder within 6 weeks of the retreat date or pay in full.
